Thanks for visiting my website. I invite you to explore it and learn more about me and how I propose to serve you. I look forward to your support and your vote on Election Day. If elected, I promise that I will provide principled leadership and will seek pro-active solutions, to the extent that the state has a role in a given issue, to problems faced by the Flathead and Montana. I have no self interest involved in this campaign. My interest is in serving you. I promise to be in the vanguard of a movement to make the legislature more civil and effective and to make sure that the public's interests, not special interests, come first. Some candidates, unfortunately, have a painfully obvious self interest at stake in their efforts to get elected. That is usually coupled will a willingness be the servant of a special interest group. I reject that model of "public service." It is clearly detrimental to what's needed to best represent the residents of this district. There are monumental ongoing issues that legislatures in the past have not been able to successfully address. Taxation is one -- we simply must find a way to make Montana's tax system more equitable. Too many highly vulnerable citizens are being punished by escalating property taxes. My take on other topics is available on the Issues page. I've learned a lot from you as I've gone door-to-door in my district. You want non-partisan solutions that are above board and respectful of the values and opinions of residents of the Flathead. In this election, voters in Senate District 3 couldn't have a more clear choice -- principled leadership or self interest. I trust that you will make the right decision on Election Day, and I look forward to working with you as a partner to make the Flathead and Montana better. As always, I value your insights and counsel. I'm listening -- let's work together to change the political tone and bring more even-handed leadership to the Montana Senate.
